Family Day was held to celebrate parental engagement as an effective tool to keep the bond not only between parents and their children, but also their teachers on September 24 at Tenejero Elementary School.

    T h e c e l e b r a t i o n begins with a  d o x o l o g y interpreted by selected grade two pupils and parents followed by Zumba exercise, awarding of Huwarang Mag-aaral, Family Dance Contest and parlor games prepared by TES teachers.

KFC mascot was also present to have fun with the kids and their parents as well. This was through the initiative of GPTA president, Mr. Erwin Oximoso.

    Grade three and six participants were d e c l a r e d champions in the said contest for primary and i n t e r m e d i a te l e v e l s, respectively.

Family day continued in each classroom as parents, teachers and pupils enjoy their packed lunch and merienda.
