As a teacher, most of my time was spent in Grade IV; specifically EPP.  It is a great challenge because the lesson deals mostly on practical work.  It is  a hard work, from homework, to cooking, dressmaking, housekeeping to ornamental plants and other arts project.

Group work and cooperative learning is a special method to let the pupils learn the trade.  Monitoring is my great job because group work is my strategy.  Pupils enjoy group work.  They become creative.  It also adds color to their experience.  They make their own house rules to follow.  It also give them discipline and dedication.

Now, with the new curriculum, we expect to undergo training in order to know what to do this school year.  We must be upgraded with the curriculum, new tasks and other related job to perform.

We will be planning an annual action plan to do in order to have a better and smoother transition of the new curriculum.
