                             Administrators are accomplished in their own field when he is committed to develop his people raise their capabilities to ensure pupil’s progressive development. We should focus our plans and programs to raise the status of our teacher so that they can perform to our youth and society. We should keep in mind their welfare, safety to make advocacies to improve their life. We believe that our teachers are the backbone of our pupils in order to attain better academic performance, social, emotional and intellectual status in life.

                        We, as administrators should not look at them as lesser capabilities but more of their strength. We should make their school as their second home. A happy place to work into. We know that teaching is not a lucrative job for it can not afford a very high salary but it can afford a quality of life. Teacher parents have produced educated and professional children. It should always remind us that teaching is a noble profession.

                        Let us inspire our teacher for professional growth. Led them to the career path which they can be of great service and successful. We should lead them to rise above all challenges. We should truly strive to support our teachers needs, quests for future initiative that will renown to their acquisition of better competence and dedication.
